Compare Medicare Advantage Plans
Sometimes, Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans can be provided with a $0 premium. But this doesn’t mean the plan is free. Medicare pays a monthly amount to the carrier to supply your care.
You may enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan when you get Part B, or during the fall AEP, which is October 15 to December 7. Your benefits will begin on January 1. Every Part C plan must have an out-of-pocket maximum that Medicare decides each year. In 2022, this amount is $7,550. Each plan varies though.
